The Eirven™ guide.
Here's everything the app does, in plain English — built by a mechanic, for Porsche Panamera 970 owners (2010–2016) and Porsche Cayenne 955/957/958 owners (2003–2018), every engine. No wading through generic content for a car that isn't yours. Just yours.
First start
- Sign in with Google. One tap, no password to invent. Your subscription — or tester access — follows your Google account across up to 3 devices.
- Pick your car. Panamera or Cayenne first, then your generation — 970 original (2010–2013) or facelift (2014–2016); Cayenne 955 (2003–2006), 957 (2007–2010), 958.1 (2011–2014) or 958.2 (2015–2018). Don't stress about getting it exact — decode your VIN later and let Eirven sort out the details.
- That's the whole setup. Everything from here on is scoped to your car — not a generic 970.
The tabs, left to right
Your whole garage, one swipe apart.
🛢️Service
Everything your car needs on a schedule — oil, filters, spark plugs, fluids. Every job card shows a difficulty grade (Beginner → Experienced DIY → Advanced DIY → Workshop) and the tools you'll need before you open the guide, then walks you through it step by step with original illustrations. No mechanic's diploma required.
🔧Repairs
Fixes that don't follow a calendar — brakes, suspension, the stuff that wears or breaks without warning. Same honest format as Service: difficulty grade, tool list up front, clear steps.
🚗My Car
Your car's home base: the VIN decoder (paste it in, get your exact build — every field shows where the data came from, nothing guessed), your key specs, the Service Log — record what you've done, then print a certificate a buyer can verify later — and the Ask the Garage form.
📡Diagnose
Connect a Bluetooth OBD adapter and read your car's fault codes. Read DTC tells you what the car is complaining about, in plain language. Erase DTC sits behind a clear warning, because clearing codes also resets the car's self-test monitors. Live in the Android app; reference-only lookup in the browser — a browser limitation, not us holding back.
⚡Wiring
Wiring references for supported models. Verified factory-level material where we have it — an honest "Under development" where we don't yet. Never filler.
🔩Parts
Part numbers for common jobs — verified OEM numbers only, with supersession chains (old number → current number) so you order the right thing the first time. Look for the gold "Verify by VIN" badge where your exact build matters.
⚠️Common Faults
Your car's known weak points, gathered from workshop experience and owner reports, sorted into weak points, awareness items, and tips & tricks. Know what to look for, catch it early, and don't get talked into a new compressor when a €20 sensor is the actual culprit.
🏁Performance Center
Two halves in one tab: Timing — a GPS-based performance meter (0–100, braking, custom speed ranges, run comparisons) — and Tuning, the Eirven Performance catalogue and order form, for closed-course use. Timing is honest about its own limits: it checks the road's slope before it trusts a run, pulls in temperature and air pressure from an open weather service so a cold morning doesn't get compared unfairly against a hot afternoon, and a "What we record & why" tab spells out exactly what's measured and how. A run it can't stand behind gets flagged, not quietly polished into a flattering number.
Ask the Garage
Stuck on something the guides don't cover? Tap the gold Ask the Garage button — visible on every tab — and ask a real mechanic who works on these cars for a living.
- One free question every rolling 7 days, included in every subscription
- Answers normally within 24 hours
- Need more? €4.99 buys a 3-question pack that never expires
Diagnostic guidance — a straight answer pointing you in the right direction, from someone who's had these exact cars on the lift.
Service Log & certificates
Log the maintenance you actually do — job, date, mileage, notes — right from My Car, or straight off a guide the moment you finish it. It stays on your device by default.
Switch on backup and Eirven stamps every entry with the date it was really logged — a stamp neither you nor the app can edit afterwards. That's what makes a printed certificate worth something to a buyer: it carries a code they can check for themselves at eirven.app/verify, no account or sign-in needed on their end.
Which adapter?
Diagnose needs a Bluetooth OBD adapter, and we've tested a few so you don't have to guess. We recommend the Vgate iCar Pro BT3.0 — there's a card in the app with an honest, no-affiliate purchase link. Or grab it straight from here: eirven.app/adapter.

Our promises
- Nothing invented. Torque values and fluid quantities appear only when verified for your exact car. If we're not sure, we leave it out — silence over guesswork.
- Your car only. No wading through content for models you don't own.
- Honest gaps. "Under development" means exactly that — we'd rather show you an honest gap than confident nonsense.
